Let us know your sizes and quantities here by March 31, 2012. You'll need to tally what you owe according to the prices listed below and mail a check.
Please note -- due to financial constraints, we apologize that we will not be able to offer 5 free shirts to each team this year.
Professional Teams: You can send your T-shirt check at the same time as your entry fee or you can pay separately; whichever is easiest for you.
T-shirt Cost: Youth sizes and adult sizes S through XL are $7.00 each, and adult size XXL is $10.00 each.
