"Seal Hunger's Fate"

Runner Up -- Jurors' Favorite, Freese and Nichols, Inc., Fort Worth, TX. The seal was constructed of an interior of Ranch style beans surrounded with sardine cans, the ball balanced on her nose was a stack of tuna cans and the base was Ranch style beans.
